About Carrot/Gajar
Carrot or Gajar is a root vegetable, commonly found in orange, pink or yellow color. Almost half of the total production of the carrot worldwide is grown by the China. It is a biennial plant cultivated from June to August. It is considered that the seed of the carrot was found in the Southern Germany and Switzerland during 2000–3000 BC.
